Iglesia de la Vera Cruz
(Church of the True Cross)
(Formerly the Church of the Holy Sepulchre)
Originally thought to be Templar, this dodecagonal (12 sided)
church was built in the early 13th Century by the Order of the
Holy Sepulchre. Interestingly the Torre de Oro in Seville
is also 12 sided. Since 1531 the Church has belonged to the
Order of the Knights of Malta.
